I made rye sourdough today for use in stuffing, but it smells awesome and I want to eat it.
Should have made two loaves.
@Annalee I’ve been working on my starter, which I guess we’ll call “Wheatley Crusher” since “Wil Wheaton” was too on the nose.
@betamatt mine is William Ryeker. We could form a whole crew.
@Annalee yes, I remembered your Ryeker experiments. It was my inspiration to pick up the Tartine book and start messing with sourdough.
