Update: The issue was resolved, it only took 196 minutes to fix.

Customers using the API, the CLI, and the Heroku Dashboard will be unable to make changes/releases or queries of their applications. @elight ohh, I didn't know you use to work at Heroku.

BTW I'm not blaming engineers nor the engineering team at all. Perhaps you can tell if this just because the gigantic bureaucracy at that enable and made this kind of issue to extend to unacceptable level was not used to have - because that's how it looks from the outside.

@esparta No worries. Yeah, it was pretty special. I was on the API/Web Sevices team for 5 years, managing part then all of it for 2.
