Forming and sticking to habits is super difficult for me (<a href="https://lgbt.io/tags/ADHD" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ADHD</span></a>) so the visible progression through leagues was a good encouragement. I'm worried I'll get distracted and lose my progress now.</p>
