Andrzej Wąsowski🌻🕊️☑️<p>Suddenly, lots of young academics around me are suffering from serious stress problems, and I feel helpless on how to support them. It stroke me today that almost all the cases are female phd students. </p><p>We worked hard to improve gender balance in our environment but we did not prepare for the change of the dynamics it brings.
