Knee Neart<p>Kiddo just lost her first tooth (naturally - been missing her front top tooth since she was 2, to a rocking horse accident) and is asking about the tooth fairy</p><p>I panicked. She doesn't believe in Santa, she knows that he's just a fun story and it's me buying stuff. I've never told her about the tooth fairy, but boom. She knows the whole scéal apparently. So Im just going with it. I guess we're doing the tooth fairy ritual. </p><p>Until! Kiddo changes her mind. It's her tooth, actually. She doesnt want the tooth fairy getting it... Oh fuck! How does one prevent a tooth fairy from collecting teeth?</p><p>*Anxiety*</p><p>We've written a note declaring ownership and sealed the tooth in a ziplock bag. She doesn't think fairies are into plastic so hopefully it's safe, and the tooth is hidden behind the note, so should be all good. </p><p>Trying to figure out how much energy I have to be creative with this. The Tooth Fairy wrote me a letter when I was a kid, explaining she found my tooth in the schoolyard and I still got my coin.
