Here's a thought experiment that I posted some ideas about in Mastodon a while back and now got into writing more thoughts down to my blog.

How about creating a shared RSS reader instance with feeds like release notes, announcement, news and blog posts related to your project and having team members subscribe to it (and contribute with new sources)?
