Eric Schultz<p>Penelope went swimming at a new dog swim place. She hadn't swam in a year but it seems like her swimming skills are still there. </p><p>Unfortunately, there was a small lifejacket issue: the smallest life jacket was far too big. Additionally, it didn't have much buoyancy under her chin so she kept dropping her nose below the water.
