One potential #downside I see to #Mastodon (as opposed to #Twitter) is the difficulty I anticipate connecting with #corporate #socialmedia accounts. How will they be found? Where will they live? Will they even be a viable path to airing issues anymore (as was done numerous times on the #birdsite)?
