New York's LIPOMA is just one dude (Max Pierce), has melodic metal (or sometimes punk) riffing, and is ultra catchy-- like leprosy. But with pathological goregrind vocals.

Only the logo here, because their album art is gross. Of course it is! They're a disgusting treat. If you're into that kind of thing.

Wild one for this week's #GrindayFriday - a trilogy of very brief records by Seattle, Washington's TONGUE BATH. This is 'fastcore' or punk-infused powerviolence and grind. Nothing gross here but some really extreme, cool stuff -- the powerviolence and speed but also some slower, riffy spots. Three albums, most songs only seconds, you can listen to all of these records in just a few minutes.
