One of my greatest #mindfulness hacks is adding an ad-blocker at the router level and using a VPN.
It causes most webpages to load so insanely slowly that most of the time, I lose interest, put my mobile down, and go outside to look at flowers.

Today felt like a really heavy Monday, and I don’t even work. So here’s some dessert.
It's not exactly a hot take to say shit’s been rough. Between 2022 and 2024, I went through some really dark fucking times—depression, anxiety, insomnia—the whole mental health bingo card.
But I clawed my way out, with the help of friends, family, and a daily routine that includes exercise and #mindfulness meditation.
Now before you roll your eyes, I’m not talking about joining a cult or burning incense while sitting in lotus pose whispering "ommm." I’m talking about shutting up the fucking monkey brain. The nonstop overthinking that wrecks your day and relationships.
I started doing short daily meditations with Tara Brach (look her up, she and her partner have free shit online), and it’s helped me become less reactive, more grounded, and less of an asshole to myself and others.
If we’re gonna survive this capitalist hellscape—mentally, physically, spiritually—we’ve got to take care of ourselves and each other. Full stop.
Take your mental health seriously. You’re no good to the struggle if your brain’s on fire.
