#pizza

My wife bought a crummy supermarket pizza earlier in the week when I wasn't around for dinner. She brought most of it into her office the next day. But there is one slice left in the fridge.

Every time I open the fridge and see it, I think, "Ooh pizza!"

Then I remember it is shitty pizza that I would hate so I close the door and I'm disappointed .

This has already happened twice this morning.

#GoodAfternoon and good #tzag.

With the #coffee long gone and errands and chores taken care of today, it's time for a proper #lunch! :flan_nom:

Making a flatbread #pizza, though more like a focaccia I guess, with a mix of olive oils, one infused with garlic and another with rosemary, some chopped fresh oregano (A has one planted outside), slices cold cuts, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and this olive/eggplant/peppers/onions/garlic spread A made. Can't wait to sink my teeth into this once it's ready! :flan_chef: (cw: food)

I of course acknowledge that some of us are annoying elitist jackasses that crave empty validation and go bothering people for making and sharing stuff. Self appointed sheriffs of the cucina. Embarrassing.

I am of the Italian faction that doesn’t care what you put on pizza. It’s probably really tasty, even. My only thing is maybe that if you’re selling it to me and call it something, it should try being that something. Margherita, for example, has specific ingredients. Putting ham on it? Delicious. But call it something else. Make it yours.
