She cited Dubois & Melançon (2000) for this. However, the latter only talked about a CAMPAIGN to outlaw <a href="https://h4.io/tags/miscegenation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#miscegenation</a>, thus quoting a news article that they said was from "Le Moniteur" that they found in Domínguez (1986).
