Tapestry sounds great, except
* closed-source
* iOS only
* it claims Facebook et al are "walled off" meaning they aren't willing to write a proper web scraper with personal login info / api keys / OpenGraph (possibly legal reasons? are they fetching data from their servers or from user devices?)
* no posting
they're on Masto, tho, maybe they've got responses to those concerns
