Y'all need to stop.
There was a campaign stunt done for(not by) the Harris campaign, saying that women could hide their votes.
Then a bunch of articles picked it up.
Then it started trending.
The term wasn't trending before the articles. This isn't real demand. Y'all are making all kinds of excuses for the fact that there are more Melanias and MTGs and Stefaniks than you want to admit.
There are exactly as many MAGA women as Black folk tell you
@mekkaokereke @DoesntExist@mastodon.social @jcrabapple @Tarah @corycarson fwiw, If its the same video I saw, that video was not endorsed by the Harris / Walz campaign.
@konnorrogers he didn't say it was. my days, you people.
@thegarbagebird @mekkaokereke @DoesntExist@mastodon.social @jcrabapple @Tarah @corycarson
He quite literally said:
> There was a campaign stunt done by the Harris campaign, saying that women could hide their votes.
How else does one interpret that?
@konnorrogers @thegarbagebird @DoesntExist @jcrabapple @Tarah @corycarson
Konnor: fair point!
I wasn't talking about the ad. I was talking about the stickers, which preceded the ad. But the stickers weren't the Harris campaign either. Someone reached out to clarify, and they officially denied involvement. So I edited the above post to say "for (not by) the Harris campaign."

Thank you! also your point is still 100% correct.
My mom is one of them.
The worst are the ones who try to play it off like "oh I don't know who I'm voting for, I'm undecided, they're both bad, etc, etc"
Like if you're gonna do it, just own it.
She also didnt vote for Obama because "The world isn't ready for a black man as president" and didnt vote for Hillary because "the world isnt ready for a woman as president"
