@adarsh the fact that matrix lacks contact discovery is a reason, why it would not take off..
@adarsh Did you check out Element? It requires no skill installing, as everything Matrix, you need to get used to the medium

Even Signal is too much trouble sometimes so...
@adarsh it does kinda feel like all existing chat clients still need a lot of work
I use element x, nheko, and fluffychat nowadays. They're good, but not quite as user friendly as signal is just yet
