I have never understood why the ability for users to generate their own key pairs, then upload the public key to the #CA for certification, was removed from all browsers I’m aware of 😱 NB2 This is not an issue for organisational users where their own organisation is their CA, since the organisation has many other (simpler) surveillance mechanisms if it chooses…

NB Most such certificates are rooted in a key pair generated by a “certificate authority”, not the user themself. This already critically compromises the user’s ability to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks by anyone who can compel that #CA to issue fake certificates in their name. docs.cosmian.com/key_managemen

docs.cosmian.comS/MIME Email encryption - Cosmian Technical DocumentationS/MIME is a standard for public key encryption and signing of MIME data. It is used to secure email messages and is supported by most email clients and servers.

Welcome to the San Mateo County Tsunami Hazard Area Dashboard!

To see if you are in an unsafe area during a tsunami, click the search box at the top of the page and type in an address or choose "Use current location". The pop-up box "Are You In a Hazard Area" will say Yes or No. If you are in the Yellow Zone during a tsunami warning, relocate to the Green Zone.

Overview

The Tsunami Hazard Map was created by the San Mateo County Department of Emergency Management to help identify areas that could potentially be impacted by a tsunami. This map is designed for use by residents within the local jurisdiction and for emergency planning purposes. While the map outlines the worst case scenario (yellow), it does not provide information about the probability of such events occurring nor is it intended to serve as a legal document. #tsunami #SanMateoCounty #CA
