Yes, I'm watching it on Gem. It'll be broadcast on the 7th.
That's all the spoilers you'll get.
Constable Crabby Loki oscillates between a Cat, a Rat Baby, and a True Rat.
He screem. He steal food. He frequently loses track of the brain cell.
Today is your Loki Day!
I should also say, Robert Carli (Murdoch Mysteries' composer) is a local boy. He was at St. Jerome's when I was at St. Mary's. Still a lovely, lovely guy :)
That's Gustavo Gimeno (The Toronto Symphony Orchestra's Musical Director!)
And they're portraying Nathaniel Dett! It would have been great if they had Brainerd (as Dett) -- maybe they did (I haven't seen him since 1998).
Yes, I am fangirling over classical and choral music.
A previous life...
Am loving the risks in this episode. It's not for everyone -- at once it departs from its standard format but also echos elements from early seasons.
I really hope the cast, crew, and musicians had fun with it.
Bruce McCulloch on Murdoch Mysteries!
Margaret Atwood is on tonight's Murdoch Mysteries!
I heart how Edwardian era wellness retreats in Canada have a room that doubles as an autopsy room...complete with long table.
It's Monday, so it's Murdoch Mysteries! Julia and Effie (and Watts) are on a retreat! And someone just died!
Can't help but notice how many people die (in murder mysteries) while on retreat
Well, there you go, Edwardian dentistry at its finest.
I think special effects and props had a fun time tonight :)
Won't post spoilers, but another familiar face (in fact from an old episode I was listening to, when I was cooking supper).
I think the carnival barker was in the Evil Eye of Egypt (S05E3)!
Good to see he recovered from the Mummy's Curse :)
Whee! Murdoch Mysteries Halloween episode!
(and I love Violet's costuming)
Watching tonight's Murodoch Mysteries, No, rich lady in need of a fix, Julia will not recommend giving cocaine to children. It doesn't matter how much less shy your daughter becomes when she's on it.
