I know that I have almost zero experience animating, but I did not expect animating a garage door to take THAT long. Sheesh. Another day in the life right?

Hey everyone!
Today, I'm happy to unveil the fresh animations for my cozy puzzle game, The Slime King.
Just updated my graphic assets on my #Steam page to the newly supported larger capsule versions!
So, my fellow #indiedev, have you updated yours yet? Or is it still on your to-do list?

Not long ago, I finished #ChicoryAColorfulTale! It's a wholesome game about art and overcoming your own self-doubts. I strongly recommend to anyone. Both for its messages and its music which is composed by Lena Raine! Here's a link to the album for those curious of hearing the music!

Some time last month, I played a game called #MonsterSanctuary. It was a Metroidvania style game with turn-based combat and monster collecting mechanics. I had a fun time playing it! A dark shifted Nightwing was pretty funny utilize, and cthulhu the hutt was good at healing and support. It is a bit light on the story, but I do think the gameplay is pretty solid.
Our buddies have just released a demo version of their upcoming reverse bullet hell - Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel
Give it a try & check out their new announcement trailer:

Good news. I've been meeting people, showing Liblast, talking systems design, making friends.
I have new excitement and hopefully new people to work with on the game.
Also a new perspective on the community needs. Turns out a game+framework like Liblast that'd provide high level tools for making FPS games (or TPS - that's not a huge stretch) would be of great value. I am happy to see it's not just my hitch, but reality.
Stay tuned!

After finishing Super Kiwi 64, I played a game called #BlueFire. It was a 3-D Metroidvania. It's vibes are similar to Hollow Knight of a healthy dose of its own unique flyer. I enjoy my time with it! I particularly liked how nimble the character you are playing as in the game!
In late July, I played a game called #SuperKiwi64. It a cute N64 style platformer with a bit of ominous vibes. It was a short experience, but fun overall.
Earlier this month, I finished a pacifist run of both #Undertale and #Deltarune. I adore both of those games. I might share my and sibling's theories about the future of Deltarune at some point.
I have a few screenshots of cute Cavern of Dreams, I would like to share.
Shortly after I finished my 1st play through of Cavern of dreams, I played another N64 style 3-D platformer called #CornKidz64.
It was much harder than Cavern of Dreams. I had a little bit of trouble adjusting to the controls of the game, but I manage. It was a fun game. Some of the platforming was also a bit nerve-racking at points. If you're looking for a 3-D platformer that has a bit challenge and 90s vibes. Corn Kidz 64 is a solid pick.

A bit after I finished Xenoblade Chronicles 3, I played #CavernOfDreams.
It was a short and sweet N64 style 3D platformer. I like how the game is not really hard, and is very chilled when playing it. You also play as a cute tiny Dragon. It also has a nice soundtrack. I playing it twice.

This is probably how the first cutscene will begin in my Sci-Fi game, the flight of the camera through several nebulae in space (VDB), maybe it will not be just a camera, but a technical debris or a meteor
The game #Teslagrad 2 by #RainGames just released!
Really enjoying the style of the game so far
Apparently a Linux version is planned, but it runs fine on #Proton so far!
My friend (and former CEO) works at the company and their CEO hosted the #GameDev crashcourse made me get started with gamedev, and they have done a lot for the indie gamedev community in Norway. So please consider getting this game if you like indie games with a unique art style :D
Pixel-perfect font is nice but not so easy to read for everyone.
Deep Sleep: Labyrinth of the Forsaken will have -just like Don't Escape 4- optional smooth fonts + noise reduction!
Which one will you use? Poll in reply below!
