That trip to Scotland and spending 6 days in the wilderness chilled me out so much. I was planning to edit photos and post something today, but I’m still super tired and heading to bed . Today’s self-care involves sitting on a bench in the shade listening to the birds.

I went to physio then took myself in an Uber to one of my favourite parks for some quality nature time. My foot swelled up from being upright so I’m currently resting with my legs stretched out on the bench.
