Here is a nice and brief infographic on the topic of #Polish game industry. #Poland offers many AAA, fascinating, original, and more games, which you can try and, by doing so, help the #EU market.

Today's #witcher RPG session went in a direction I hadn't expected when we started this story, with our witcher and doctor standing at the front of a church with the village reeve, trying to persuade a crowd of nervous villagers that they should make peace with the troll who lives up in the mountains above their grazing fields.
It really made a nice change from "I hit it with my axe"
Prepare yourself for an epic clash of titans! Konsole Kombat presents Morrigan (Dragon Age) vs Yennefer (The Witcher) in an unparalleled duel of powers and strategy. Don’t miss out on this thrilling episode!

Mrs C and I watched the new animated Netflix #witcher film, "Sirens of the Deep", this week. The short story it's (allegedly) based on, "A Little Sacrifice" from "Sword of Destiny" is one of my favourites, and I had been looking forward to seeing an adaptation of it.
This wasn't it, and I was really disappointed to miss out on what it *could have been*
Update on the #witcher game I posted about before (see link below).
My players figured out that a troll up in the mountains was stealing goats and meat from a farming village to feed a pack of abandoned dogs that he'd adopted. They figured this out *after* they'd poisoned a carcass to use as bait, but *before* the troll took it and fed it to the dogs. Phew!
@Sven Sword of Destiny, the second #Witcher book, has pretty short chapters (50–80 pages) that generally have new subsections every 10 pages or so. I think the first one is similar, but I haven't picked it up in a while. The first two books are pretty episodic, but after that they start to become one long narrative
Bands of mercenary monster hunters protect the common folk from creatures of the Dark as members of the Fellhunter's Guild. Sponsored, in part, by the Church of the Five-Fold Sun, and chartered by the Crown, they use any means necessary to get the job done.

Now watching ’The Witcher: Sirens Of The Deep’.
It’s off to a tremendous start by having Doug Cockle, voice actor for the games, reprise his role as Geralt.
Secondly, Studio Mir have produced a number of incredible animations in the past and, 1:51 seconds in, look like they’ve done it again.
I bought a Polish book on the history of The Witcher 3 #game development.
Sadly, the book arrived with 16 of 250+ pages not printed at all (in random parts of the book).
Have you seen such a printing error before?
The publisher insists that the cover is not made with generative AI, but all the awkward, pointless details, mud-fur and artifacts are hand-painted by an actual artist.
I have to share it again, this is maybe my fav #book I own. The hardcover of The #Witcher #manga they printed a few years ago.
A nice mix of Japanese folklore and the Witcher's characters.
Beautifully made and pressed and printed. It IS manga, but also has strong #comics and #graphicnovel vibes.
I adore the Witcher universe. I have thousands of hours in The Witcher 3, and the novels, and the merch.
I just love this, and #reading it makes me happy.
There's a new #Witcher "Sirens of the Deep" trailer - I hope it's good, the short story it's based off was one of my favourites...

Yennefer: „You have to find Ciri and you have to do it FAST!”
Me: „girl, first I have to clear Skellige”
