There is no EU OS at this point.
According to the article, it is "A new community-led initiative."
@passthejoe i see a lot of discussion of this, but I think people are missing that AFAICT it's not actually made by the EU at all. It seems to be a pitch deck, essentially. It's just made by some enthusiastic folks who want to sell the EU on it. I can't find anything on the page or in the git repo to say it's actually backed or approved by the EU in any way.
