La justice refuse l’extradition du militant antifasciste Gino vers la Hongrie

Rexhino «#Gino» Abazaj restera en France. La cour d’appel de Paris a refusé son extradition mercredi 9 avril, estimant un risque de jugement partial et d’atteinte à ses droits en Hongrie. Il y est accusé d’avoir participé en février 2023 à une action contre une manifestation néonazie à Budapest.

As a DBA, I always want developers to use database transactions and appropriate levels of locking. Because I'm tired of seeing explicit locking of tables or autocommit enabled.

BUT, after two days of trying to patch a simple CRUD app to apply my own rules, failing miserably, I just want to remove all this ORM crap and use raw SQL.

That's it.

Tomorrow, I will rewrite this monstrosity.

So now we have "Many Coauthors Study" to determine which of Gino's papers were based on data she collected. Probably necessary to clarify which studies are trustworthy but, my goodness, it's so depressing to see so much time taken up on this, when people could and should be doing more interesting things.
