That was honestly one of if not the worst storm we’ve had come through here in the 13 years we’ve been in this house. Very wild.
I did a quick walk around the property and I don’t see any damage, but obviously I’ll have to check in the morning light.
The worst of it looks to have gone *just* north of us. We’re probably quite lucky the storm was moving northeast and not just east.

I am feeling better, which means that I have resumed my performance at the Indy Art Center. Every day* (weekend, weekday, rain, shine) I come and add to an ongoing embroidery, where I add a new number for each new day since the full-scale invasion.
My goal is to show people that war isn't just a news bit that I can skip or take a break from. I encourage people to participate in non-trivial, interpersonal memorial practices. We HAVE to remember.

I noticed today that Northside Auto on 96th, just west of 69, has an absolutely packed front lot. All Teslas. Like if swasticars were sardines.
(In case you were wondering, this used car dealer does accept cryptocurrency, and they do have a Chad.)
Is it because people are dumping their stigmatized metal onto the used market?

While I embroider a new number for each new day of the full-scale invasion, I engage in a minute of silence, and I encourage the visitors to do the same. Come and contemplate with me the inescapability of the war. Honor someone you lost through violence.
