I'm no longer playing YouTube and podcasts in the background while working.

My mind became surprisingly wired to hear somebody and lose my attention in seconds. That's scary!

I went back to music, and the changes are BIG. Now I can better understand what someone tells me, even between air guitars and headbanging.
