It’s baby week for #showmeyourknits and here are a few of my favs. A silk/bamboo romper for my little niece, a dinosaur hat (made in every colour permutation versions for every child!) and my first attempt at a baby blanket. I think it turned out well, but it definitely gave me knitter’s elbow!

It doesn’t get much chunkier than this! My niece fell in love with the yarn at a craft store and I had to buy the biggest needles I’ve ever used to make it into a blanket for her. #showmeyourknits

This is a project from long ago, I was the project that started my journey into knitting garments from really, really fine yarns. In this case 100% silk with close to 600 m / 100 g from colour Mart. Knit with 4.0 mm needles.

I still have and wear it. And a lot of people don't believe it's handmade.

I’m usually not a fan of lace weight knitting as it takes so freaking long, but I have to admit this is one of my knits I wear the most! It folds up so small that it’s easy to travel with and can be worn in both warm and cold. #showmeyourknits #knitting
