This is the developing flower stalk of Prickles, an Echeveria 'Mexican Firecracker' (we think). Looking rather like a cactus here!
Spring has sprung and we’re expecting no more frost. 
If gone ahead and moved all my succulents outside and gave them their first (light) watering. On the left the healthy ones, on the right those that got hit really hard over winter by root mealy bugs. 
I’ll have to deal with that once they’re all awake, but the hope is that regular watering and fresh air will already help.
One of the packages I exported in October 2024 got incorrectly stopped at customs. I assumed it had been destroyed by now, but this week it arrived back to me. Amazingly, although most of the plants inside were dried to a crisp, a few were still alive! They'd grown these weird ghostly stems, looking for a light source in the dark.
Tiny surprise restock! A few of the plants that ran out of stock over the month have grown enough for me add more to the shop at the last minute - including Callisia repens 'Kribo'.
There's only one day left to order! The shop will close first thing in the morning (UK time) on 1st April. There's always a flurry of orders near the end so it might take a couple of weeks for all the orders to get shipped out after that.
Lithops is a genus of succulent plants. They avoid being eaten by herbivores with their camouflage as small stones, and are often known as pebble plants or living stones.

Yesterday was the equinox, which means that the daylight officially lasts longer than the 12-hour automated cycle of my artificial lights. That's my signal to move as many of the indoor plants as possible into the brightest window for the summer. This table is now holding about 1/10 of the collection!
