Outside of combat, you attempt one STR, DEX, or CON related task that a humanoid could theoretically accomplish without magic. Treat the attempt as DC 20 and make the roll at disadvantage.

Failure causes you 1d12 damage.

However, if you succeed everyone present (enemies included) is impressed and your Charisma based checks against them are at advantage during the next three situations you encounter them.

Tombs of ancient tribe Xianbei discovered in Kazakhstan Archaeologists from the Margulan Institute of Archaeology, under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, have unearthed 13 ancient tombs believed to belong to the Xianbei, a nomadic people who lived in the eastern Eurasian steppes during the early first millennium CE. Historical records, such as the Book of the Later Han, describe the Xianbei as a splinter group of the Donghu, who were known as the “Eastern Barbarians.”
