Can someone explain to me, how a product made in China magically becomes "higher quality " by simply putting the logo of an American brand on it and increasing the price x10, x20, x50 or more?
Especially in the cases where it is literally made in the same warehouse as a "knockoff" you can buy on a Chinese website...
Sure the quality control might be worse, but at a fraction of a fraction of the price, that doesn't feel like the worst trade-off.
And this doesn't even touch on the people who buy these products in bulk from Chinese suppliers, only to resell them at a similarily staggering markup, through Drop-shipping or various marketplaces like Ebay, Amazon or Bol

Sollte generell Pflicht werden: wenn Daten abgefragt und/oder verwendet werden (sollen), müssen w i r v o r h e r gefragt werden, mit einer unkryptischen Erklärung wer, wieso, weshalb die Daten nutzen und mit wem teilen möchte. Zustimmung/Erlaubnis soll(te) verpflichtend vorher erforderlich sein, durch #OptIn ! Jederzeit mit Möglichkeit zum Opt-out, ohne Begründungszwang. Das ist dann #Datenschutz. Nicht so stussig wie bei der #ePa oder #Ebay #KI etc. (jeweils nur #Optout).
eBay will eure Daten fürs KI-Training nutzen – ohne Einwilligung, nur mit Opt-out! Wer nicht zustimmt, muss bis 21. April aktiv widersprechen oder sein Konto löschen. Die Berufung auf „berechtigtes Interesse“ ist zweifelhaft. Wieder ein Beispiel dafür, wie Unternehmen Fakten schaffen – auf Kosten eurer Privatsphäre. Schnell handeln, wer das nicht mittragen will!

As an artist, I've had to teach myself negotiation, marketing and sales skills.
It's a work in progress and there are dozens of courses that claim they can teach me.
However, nothing is a substitute for direct experience, so I am learning to sell my old stuff on eBay to get more comfortable with the process.
Has anyone else found eBay helpful to learn sales?
