As #Clinton weighs in on the #Signal debacle, it is revealing that she doesn't condemn the bombing of #Yemen.

The attention should be that Israel broke a #ceasefire and chose to continue its war on Gaza and the West Bank instead of continuing a second phase. The Yemen Houthis has made it clear that their attacks are about holding Israel accountable, and the attacks from the Houthis stopped during the ceasefire.

#Clinton's eminent domain laws for fueling gentrification real estate sharks was also the greatest violation of the constitution any #neoliberal has ever carried on.

Millions of hectares of public land were robbed of human rights of access by privatizing it. A great handout of what was public to ruthless banking interests.

What then became the norm to do is still spreading throughout the planet.

The Clinton administration’s Reinventing Government initiative, led by Vice President Al Gore, took place over a five-year period. Gore carefully studied the federal government and consulted a wide array of experts rather than bursting into an unfamiliar domain with a handful of unqualified lackeys hopped up on conspiracy theories. Clinton and Gore put their policy ideas through normal channels of legal process and public scrutiny—when they offered buyouts to the federal workforce, it was done through an act of Congress, not an email—whereas Musk, by canceling spending appropriated by Congress, has repeatedly violated the plain text of federal law and the Constitution, if you care about that sort of thing. Musk clearly does not—and an aversion to wild illegality and rank amateurism is a better explanation for Democrats’ opposition than them no longer caring about government efficiency.

2/2 #Harris and the #Democrats were never going to fix this. At best, they would have slowed #Americas decline. Why? Because #neoliberal #capitalism eats itself. #Liberals are Neoliberals. It is a right-wing position, just a kinder, gentler capitalist philosophy (lol). And that’s why they would never fix what needs fixed. That’s why, even when the Dems were in power, they did very little to correct an unsustainable direction. America hasn’t had a real #leftwing movement since #FDR. The malaise of the #1970s should have been an indicator things weren’t working. Instead, the #US kicked the can down the road with #Reagan, and then #Clinton.
