Just figured out how to turn on spellchecking for strings in , but only if the string has at least one space.

I figure that's a good distinction if the string is a programming thing where I don't want spellcheck, vs an error message or something where I do.

in `after/ftplugin/ruby.lua` add `vim.opt_local.spell = true` and in `after/queries/ruby/highlights.scm` add

When med students rank residencies for the #Match, they're already looking at state reproductive health policies. I advise students to consider the education they'd be allowed to receive -- and the medical care they and their family members would be able to get in states they consider residencies in.

We've already started to see fewer students choosing to train in states with restrictive abortion laws. Who will apply to residencies in states that discourage vaccination?
